【重要】 本アバターは、VRChatのアップデートに伴い、サポートを終了しています。 サポート対象外商品として値段を調整し、再公開しております。 【はじめに】 本商品はVRChatでの利用を想定した３Ｄモデルです 規約なども商品ページに記載しますので、必ずご確認ください。 The English terms and conditions are at the bottom. 【説明】 本商品は、VRChat内で開催される、『Vket4』に合わせて「ゆうなぎれい」が作成したオリジナルキャラクター『紗々月結花』の３Ｄモデルデータになります。 Vket4期間中は、ワールドエンドユートピア-オスカー-面影通り に展示されているブースより試着が可能です。 データ販売の都合上、購入後の返金等が対応できませんので、可能な限りご試着の上ご購入下さい。 なお、UnityパッケージにはArktoon-Shadersを同梱しております。 他シェーダを利用する場合は、裏面表示が可能なシェーダーをご利用ください。

【利用規約】
・本モデルの利用（改変、VRChatへのアップロード、創作作品への利用等）をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 ・本モデルの利用により生じたいかなる損害に対しても、製作者は一切の責任を負いません。 ・本モデルはVRCHATでの利用を想定したフルスクラッチモデルとなります。 ・全て自作しておりますが、何らかのアバター等の流用を疑われる場合は、具体的に 私が作成したアバターのどの部位が、誰のどこと告示しているのかをご示しください。 制作過程の公開等対応が可能です。具体的ではない指摘に対しては対応できません。 ・本モデルデータそのものの転載、再配布、再販売を禁止します。 ・また、本モデルのパーツを流用、使用したモデルの販売も禁止します。 ・例外として本モデルのキャラクター性を損なわない改変の範疇かつ、モデルデータの販売を目的としない場合に限り ２次創作作品での営利目的利用を可能とします ※具体的な２次利用についてはご相談ください。 ・本モデルのR18利用は可能とします。しかし、その他法律等に基づき未成年の目に入らないよう注意するなどの配慮をお願いします。 ・本規約では補えない内容や、矛盾点が生じた際は、私の判断により対処いたします。
【VRC向け利用規約】
・本キャラクターをVRCで利用するに当たり、VRCでサーバーへのアップロードは再配布に当たらないと考えます。 ・本アバターの改変はご自由ですが、利用規約の通り、販売・再配布は禁止となります。 ・コピー可能なパブリックアバターとしての利用は不可とします。 ・本モデルおよび、本モデルを利用したアバター（改変・流用含む）のペデスタル設置を不可とします。 ※ペデスタルを設置せず、プライベート利用で設定いただく分には問題ありません。 ・R18利用の際は、ゾーニングの徹底をお願いいたします。
【不具合等について】
・ツイッター等で私まで直接ご連絡願います。 ・可能な限り対応いたしますが、素人作品のため、完全な対応が難しい場合もございます。 ・データという商品の都合上、返品、返金には応じることができません。

The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the use of this model. This model is a full scratch model for use with VRCHAT. If you have any suspicions about the appropriation of avatars, please be specific. Please indicate which part of the avatar I have created announces who and where. It is possible to disclose the production process. We are unable to respond to non-specific points. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of the Model Data itself is prohibited. It is also prohibited to sell models that divert or use parts from this model. As an exception, only in the case of alterations that do not detract from the character of this model and are not for the purpose of selling the model data. Please consult with us about specific secondary uses. The R18 of this model can be used. However, we ask that you take care to avoid being seen by minors in accordance with other laws and regulations. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies that are not covered by this agreement, I will deal with them at my discretion.
